Tate Modern Baltic Study Tour
Tasting of Estonian wild drinks
Metsik Toit hosted a wild plant experience evening for the dinner guests of Tate Modern's Baltic study tour. The whole study tour and Tallinn programme was organised by the Estonian Centre for Contemporary Art (EKKAK). For the event, Metsik Toit served warm seasonal plant infusions and a refreshing oolong kombucha flavoured with local seasonal wild plants.
