Welement factory opening

Wild plant tasting menu

For the opening of Welement's modern timber element factory, we created welcome drinks and bites inspired by fresh wild ingredients and quality local produce. In the welcome menu we wanted to highlight Welement's inseparable connection to the origin of its raw material — wood, forest and nature. We gave guests a memorable gastronomic glimpse into the forest and edible nature, using among other things wild garlic, linden and blackcurrant leaves, moss and spruce shoots.
