On Estonia's Independence Day in 2024, Tartu's Knorring Manor opened its doors for one day for artist-designer Heiter X's immersive edible experience exhibition. This journey through flavours and ideas invited visitors to perceive and discover in new ways — through sound, taste and scent. Metsik Toit created the flavour foundation for the exhibition using wild-foraged ingredients and fermented products.
